Cnora Lesage
As a Colorado native, Cnora was Born in Thornton and has called Englewood her 2nd home for over 10 years. At Cnora Sells Smart, clients are given all the resources and guidance they need to buy or sell their home. It is Cnora’s highest hope to be your partner in this home buying experience. The road to home ownership can be overwhelming, but Cnora is here to coach you through all the options and any questions that arise. Cnora provides one on one personal attention to all her clients in an effort to make home buying easier and worry free. In addition to her busy real estate business Cnora is also the founder and facilitator of two local community groups, Women of Englewood (@WomenofEnglewood) and Mothers of Englewood (@MothersOfEnglewood). Whether she is serving on the PTSA or participating in the Elevate Englewood Program, Cnora is very active in the local Englewood community. She recently joined the Englewood Restorative Justice Program which allows the community to play a larger role in the justice process.

Kendra Custer
Kendra Custer first moved to Denver in 1997 to pursue a degree in commercial photography. Her photography led her to work in a custom frame shop where she met her husband, Zach. The two have owned Anthology Fine Art since 2010. They relocated their custom frame shop and portrait studio to Englewood in 2016.
Kendra enjoys being a part of the local business community, visiting local museums and galleries and paddle boarding whenever possible. She lives in Lakewood with her husband, 16 year old son Gunnison and their dog Mabel.
Ian Eshbaugh
Ian Eshbaugh is a Colorado native that was born and raised in Englewood Colorado. He attended Charles Hay Elementary and Floyd middle school. Ian attended Metro State Denver and received a bachelor’s in science and has a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Parker University in Dallas Texas. Ian is the owner and chiropractor at Level Up Health Chiropractic.
When Ian isn't helping others reach their optimal health and potential, he enjoys hiking and paddleboarding with his Fiancée Lexi. Ian also enjoys playing Ice Hockey."
Tami Slipher
Tami serves as the Executive Director for GraceFull Foundation in Downtown Littleton. She has previously served as the Director of Development and Community Relations for Movement 5280 in Englewood. Through her work in the non-profit sector in the Tri-Cities, Tami has been deeply involved in the collaboration and solutions between the business community and the nonprofit community in relation to poverty.
Tami is actively a part of the Built for Zero team for Tri-Cities and Arapahoe County, Arapahoe County Homeless Coordinating Executive Committee, Tri-Cities Point in Time Count Planning Committee, Tri-Cities Homeless Families Working Group, City of Englewood's Conflict Resolution Planning Team and Denver Metro Food Resource Stakeholders. Tami assists on the Ambassador Team for the Chamber's Board of Directors.
Tami has been married for 25 years to Fess, and has 4 children and 5 grandchildren. She enjoys networking and connecting people together, volunteering at her church and visiting local restaurants.
